Crystal Williams is a savvy serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, fun, loving, and adventurous woman that is always striving to live her life to the fullest!

With nearly 10 years of experience in the Corporate America and Government arena, Crystal now operates in her purpose driven business The �YOU� Brand Academy, LLC. The YOU Brand Academy is a strategy, coaching, and consulting firm that assist individuals in elevating their career brand. Crystal uses her business as a vehicle to exercise her God given gifts by positioning and empowering individuals to pursue a career that aligns with their calling. She is on a mission to bring happiness back to the work place; therefore, she is taking career coaching to another level with her clients!

Crystal is the creator and designer of her inspirational product line, Inspirationally YOU which serves as another avenue to inspire people from her heart. Her main purpose for creating this product line is to inspire the everyday person to be all that they can be and to celebrate them as they take leaps of faith in their life. She believes in a world like this people definitely need a dose of inspiration.

Crystal is also the Founder and President of The First Suit Project, Inc. a 501c3 non-profit with a mission to fully equip well deserved college students that attend Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) with the appropriate business attire and other resources that will enhance their personal brand.

Crystal is a graduate of two prestigious HBCUs receiving her B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina A&T State University and her M.B.A. from Morgan State University.
