About   (request update)
I would like to think that it's not just how educated I become, but it's also my drive to work and my desire to learn about the outside world. I have always been the type of person to believe that failure was out of the question and that I had to succeed no matter what. As I'm getting older, I realize that without failure you aren't going to be successful. Everything in life is not going to be handed to you, so you have to learn and grow while being content with not being perfect.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
My goal in life is to become a nurse practitioner. As a child, I would always pretend to be a doctor and try to "cure" my mother. I believe that I always knew unconsciously, that I was going to pursue a career in the medical field. I've been preparing for this role all my life with taking classes, watching tv shows, and talking to college studetns about their experience as a nursing student. Although my career is a big part of my life, I would love to have a family and have an active social life.
Education   (request update)
High School: Scranton High School in Scranton, PA class of 2021

Activities & Accomplishments:
I am on my high school step team and will be head captain for 3 years and on the team for 4 years. I became student ambassador for my technical school which is CTC. Also, I won third place at the Skil
Best Memories:
I have a few great memories, especially from being on step team. Our performances were always great and even though it was short-lived, it will be forever in my heart. Becoming a captain wasn't easy. I had to prove myself to not only the team, but to the coaches, to the principals, and the student body. Over these past few years, I can say that I've definitely noticed improvement in step, dance, and my leadership role. Although step was filled with great memories, my work at CTC will never be overlooked. As a junior, I was able to become an ambassador for my school and be a member of the safety committee. Through all this happening, I was still able to maintain my high grades and keep focus on important things. Also, I am proud that I was able to obtain third place in the SkillsUSA competition. High school wasn't just filled with success and accomplishments though. There have been times when I had no motivation and my mental health wasn't where it needed to be. Overtime, I was able to get back up on my feet and realize that my health was way more important than pleasing people. Being able to say that my self-worth and confidence is at it's highest is such a great feeling.
