Claim To Fame:
I actually started my historical black college experience at Virginia State College in 1976. I studied until 1979 and returned home to Chesapeake, VA due to a family emergency. i started taken classes at Tidewater Community College to build my grades up and Norfolk State University. I started working for the Department of Defense and was certified as an Auditor for the government. I spent 6 years with the Department of the Navy and 3 years with the Department of the Army. In 1988 I received my call to gospel ministry during the time I served as the Chief Bookkeeper for the AME Church, Washington, DC, Office of the Treasurer, From there I had to submit to the will of God and started preaching at age 30. I knew I needed to have education as it related to Biblical Studies so I started studying under a program that Virginia Union sponsored. I finished started my own ministry The Connectional Ministries and Mission 2000, Inc. Worked for the Department of Social Services, Law Firms, United Community Ministries and the Christian Broadcasting Network. There I obtained my BS in Organizational Leadership and Management, Kaplan University, MPA, I started working on my PHD in Human Resources in 2013, Current I am a law student Regent University ..
Most Memorable Moment:
At Virginia State we had many memorable moments. But the best I think of his our experience at living campus and going to the 24Th South Union Street, Mouse Trap to dance. We all enjoyed the presence of one another.
