I had a very difficult time learning to read growing up. I had to fight for every grade. I persevered and didn’t quit. I was blessed to be accepted into the Academic Reinforcement Program at the Howard University College of Dentistry . I was determined to succeed and I did. Now I do my best to encourage others to do the same. I really am a “If I can do it then you can too” story. I am a living testimony. That’s what makes me special. . .
