Quickly built rapport and relationships with the executive SVP, VPs and became their ears on the ground for execution and cultural improvements. Developed an agile certification cohort program from the ground up that allowed 100 teams to learn and concurrently certify Product Owners and Scrum Masters. Provided training, coaching and change management on Agile principles and mindset, product backlog management, program backlog management, Feature/Story development and slicing, Story Point Estimating, WSJF, Backlog grooming, Ceremony Facilitation, Retrospectives, SCRUM and Kanban, and metrics.
