Malik serves in multiple leadership positions on campus such as resident assistant for Dillard's Residential Life, parliamentarian for the Beta Phi Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and a student ambassador for NRF Foundation. Malik has participated in several hackathons and worked at a several internships nationwide. In addition, Malik is heavily involved in the community as he tutors other computer science students and teaches senior citizens how to use technology.

Some of the achievements he have earned at Dillard were Brother with the Highest GPA on a district and regional level for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., an academic award for both cross country and track and field, and three consecutive conference championships with the track and field team.

Current Whereabouts:

Malik enjoy playing video games and chatting with friends through social media.

Life & Professional Aspirations:

One day, Malik plans to work in the field of Artificial Intelligence for a top tech company. He wants to help assist with the development of the Metaverse and VR headsets, such as the Oculus Quest.

Claim To Fame:

My claim to fame in college was during my first year on the track and field team at Dillard. At the time, I wasn't as fast as many of my teammates were and I was progressing slow throughout the season. However, during the GCAC conference meet, I was able to place in several events to help my team earn its first conference championship in years.

Most Memorable Moment:

One of the most memorable moments I had during college was my probate. After spending hours and hours preparing for the probate, my line brothers and I were able to showcase to the whole school all the hard work and dedication we put in through our performance. On that day, I was able to make my mother proud as she was there supporting me in the every front row.
