After 12 years in the Army, Kyra Davenport now balances life as a contract writer for the Department of Veteran Affairs with being a private yoga instructor. In the past, Kyra has also blogged regularly at the White House during the Obama Administration and is a sexual assault prevention volunteer with Alexandria Sexual Assault Center. Service to her community is a priority. Kyra D. offers private yoga instruction with extensive meditation practices that offer trauma healing, resilience building, and encourages stress management. Her private sessions are offered virtually, and she regularly posts IG tutorials available. She believes in servant leadership and making yoga about community healing and a 200hr yoga teacher training. She is enrolled in 500 hr advanced training. Kyra has enjoyed the gift of yoga by practicing for over 4 years. She considers her passion for yoga a lifelong adventure. #resetyogacollective
