Claim To Fame:
I don't think I would call it a claim to fame, but I have always been known as the busy student, the one who was working when she wasn't studying. In order for me to continue to go to college, I had to work to pay for my bills, books, and other expenses that came with the experience so I worked full time as a server to maintain. My friends knew and understood I didn't have much free time, and it became a norm for myself and everyone around me.
Most Memorable Moment:
My most memorable college moments were those that I made in Anatomy and Physiology. This was by far my favorite class, and it had my favorite professor, even though my other classmates may disagree. Some of the best feelings I remember have to be studying for anatomy and physiology because I think it is where I found myself the most. The first time I took this class, I failed miserably. I spoke with my professor, and she did not let me down easy. From there on I was determined to pass her class and prove to myself I could do this. After all, if I couldn't pass anatomy and physiology, how could I be a nurse? I tried every single study method that was advised to me, including decorating my room in notecards with medical terminology and body parts all over them. I did this until I found what worked best for me, and ultimately ended up passing the class for those next two semesters. These memories stick with me even now in nursing school. No matter how much I want to give up, there is always another way.
