Currently, I am in Atlanta taking part in a fellowship program for international Public Policy. Next month, I will be leaving for my study abroad in Madrid Spain to study International Affairs and Spanish. At Spelman, I am in the Spelman Honors Program, Pre-Law Society, and the Illyterati Poetry Group.
I plan to graduate from Spelman College in 2006 (I wouldn't complain if it was sooner) with honors. Following undergrad, I want to pursue a masters in International Affairs and a law degree at George Washington University or Duke University (to name a few options). A few of my far fetched goals include working for a record label (as a lawyer would be nice), living and/or working in a foreign country, becoming fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese and becoming the next Oprah. I am also interested in becoming an Immigration lawyer or working with Refugees. Hey, it never hurts to have dreams.
Most Memorable Moment:
I haven't had an extremely memorable moment in college yet but I guess I can say that being able to return every semester is memorable and a blessing in itself.
