About   (request update)
Antione Hines is a trailblazer among many. With divorce, depression, homelessness, suicidal thoughts, honorable discharge from the military, being unemployed, a decorated veteran and responsible for his six-year old daughter, Antione realized his community was under-prepared to meet his needs on the outside while still dealing with racism. He realized if he wanted things to improve, he would have to take command and make the changes in his community with his newfound faith in GOD. His new mission was to streamline and develop cooperation between faith-based networks, veteran organizations, Black businesses, Black nonprofits & Allies. He volunteers 60 to 80 hours a week, 7days a week with numerous organizations and as well as his own nonprofit, Veteran's HomeFront and his consulting agency, Triple S Consulting llc and his S-Corp Black Systemic Equity Project & Enterprises Inc.

He is recognized as a strategic adviser on the issues of homelessness, community engagement and black community wealth building. He is also on the Advisory Board for the Virginia Housing and Community Development Corporation, the Economic Development Committee Chair for the Chesapeake NAACP, a member of the Hampton Roads Black Chamber of Commerce, a board member for RASR- Resolutions Addressing Systemic and Structural Racism, a member of the Urban League, president of United Way of South Hampton Roads Project Inclusion Alumni Association, the co-chair of TheConnect757 Community Connect Committee, the Chair of the Virginia Black Business Directory Committee Outreach Committee, the Virginia State Director for Minorities For Medical Marijuana Inc. and the Regional Director for Virginia Blacks In Technology Foundation.

As a young man he could have bought into the gang life and drug culture in NY, instead he chose to be a civic leader, an advocate and a man of values built on knowledge, fatherhood and faith with my daughter by my side regardless of distance. He is a results-driven leader who is dedicated to restructuring and rebuilding equitable black communities in which he lives and creating Black Eco-Systems around the world that promotes and advocates for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Human Rights!!!
