Osazae Aiguwurhuo is an experienced Project Operations Engineer with a passion for process improvement, project management, and team leadership. He earned his B. Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Covenant University, where he gained valuable experience as a Project Lead for a student transportation start-up. His efforts led to a 20% increase in operational efficiency and a 15% increase in customer satisfaction ratings.

Currently pursuing an MSc in Industrial and Systems Engineering at San Jose State University, Osazae is a graduate student assistant and member of the National Society of Black Engineers NSBE, Chapter 6. Most Memorable Moment:
On the day of my graduation, I experienced a sense of relief and accomplishment that was indescribable. Pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering was no walk in the park, and it required a great deal of perseverance and self-discipline to make it through the numerous projects, research assignments, and classes that were part of the curriculum. However, despite the numerous challenges, I was able to push myself to my limits and achieve my academic goals.

• Oversaw end-to-end installation of vessel cooling system, including procurement and installation, and provided operational support and planned maintenance to Chief Engineer. • Managed fabrication and operational loadout supervision of various subsea equipment for ExxonMobil Production Uplift Pipeline Project, such as spools, air diving platforms, and pig launchers/receivers. • Conducted reconciliation of 300 metric tons of structural steel used for fabrication on ExxonMobil Production Uplift Pipeline Project. • Led planning and coordination of company website redesign, from initial marketing pitch to vendor assessment. • Established an online technical library and vessel certification tracking system for all company assets, reducing operational handling time and third-party handling costs by nearly 30%, resulting in increased operational efficiency and cost savings.
