Mid-level professional with over 25 years of Customer Service, 5 years of teaching: Substitute and Adult Learning, 5 Years of Non-Profit experience, and, 2 years of Programming. My present form of employment in Non-Profit has been very rewarding. As the Customer Service Manager, I have the responsibility of mitigating customer concerns and ensuring the Senior, Disabled, Mentally Challenged, and adults are being supported with their transportation needs. The advantage of working for a Non-Profit is cross training. Working with the innovation Manager has sparked my interests learning more about Information Technology on the technical support side. I took the Google Technical Support Professional, CompTIA A+, and now the (ISC)2 CC Courses.
Current Whereabouts:
I am presently working on (ISC)2 Cyber Security Certificate. I also listen to a couple of blogs to stay in the loop and pick up an edition of PC magazines. I like Anime/Comicons.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
A career in Cyber Security for starters. Eventually, develop a software for my son and other adults and children who have some form ADHD to learn and have fun through everyday experiences through reading.

It was very eye opening to be one of the oldest students in the classroom. It was enlightening learning from various demographics and culture. That made a lot of classes fun.
