Dr. Blue works closely with c-suite leaders to provide them with strategic tools to help schools and organizations create effective leaders, increase retention rates, and decrease drop-out rates for black youth, girls, and women worldwide. The focus is to engage and build a culture of camaraderie to reduce the Great Resignation through our Leadership Platform for Women of Color In Corporate Spaces.
