After studying abroad in Ghana my junior year, I was asked by the program to become a logistical coordinator/student leader the following year. In charge of student participants, and the point of communication between students and board members for concerns, issues, and improvements for the next trips. As my third year going on into the company, I have gradually made my way to Program Manager. Just last week I was a part of a scouting recruitment trip when the Director, assistant director, and I traveled to the U.S. Virgin Islands to set agendas for next years planned trip with students. We went and made connections with transportation services, lodging locations, and professors at the University of Virgin Islands. During the day I am an 11th grade English Instructor for the second year.
