Provide day-to-day program management for Berkadia’s BELONG programs. • Support the organization in achieving goals aligned with the strategy for Berkadia’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging efforts. • Develop project and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders, monitoring and tracking progress, driving milestones to completion, and communicating all project status and issues effectively to ensure resolution and successful project completion. • Build deep partnerships with our cross-functional BELONG team, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Marketing and other BELONG Governance stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of capabilities. • Partner with Berkadia Way and Learning & Development teams to inform and help activate content and programs that support inclusion and belonging. Using Arbinger tools such as, The Outward Mindset, Leadership and Self-Deception, Daily Application – 52 outward Exercises and the Influence Pyramid. • Develop presentations and help to facilitate regular meetings with Employee Resource Group leads and executive advisors to align strategy, leverage relevant DEIB metrics and accelerate results. • Partner with our cross-functional BELONG team to inform and help activate content and programs that support inclusion and belonging. Collaborate to design and implement methods that increase engagement and active participation in DEIB initiatives. • Own and partner on crucial communication touchpoints between the DEIB team and the ERG leads, regularly message internal and external DEIB initiatives, events, progress company-wide, and develop regular communications in collaboration with Corporate Marketing, write monthly newsletter and maintain the SharePoint site. • Solicit help from BELONG Champions to drive engagement and support for DEIB initiatives. Manage, maintain, and support our DEIB Champions network in connection with achieving program goals. • Research industry trends and benchmarks across the changing DEIB landscape and present recommendations to help support the continued development and success of our ERGs. • With input and guidance from our BELONG Steering Committee and key stakeholders, establish and build sustained internal and external partnerships that drive DEIB mission and goals forward. • Support continuous improvement efforts in planning and execution. • Lead our Employee Resource Group strategy and programs to drive engagement, belonging, and impact across these groups, while ensuring that employees across the organization can access them. • Provide project management support to employee resource group (ERG) leads and their inclusion efforts and serve as an advisor and subject matter expert to the broader ERG community. • Meet regularly with ERG leads to facilitate the growth of their partnership and ensure transparency regarding project issues and decisions related to programs and events. • Guide ERG initiatives to ensure they are aligned with our BELONG Governance objectives and help amplify our DEIB efforts and progress. • Lead the BELONG Steering Committee (SteerCo) in coordination with the Executive Committee. • Develop meeting agendas, annual roadmaps, and related plans, with input from our SteerCo and other BELONG Governance team members. • Track progress against goals and established OKRs. Ensure Executive Committee and other key stakeholders are regularly informed on the status of key DEIB initiatives, projects and programs. • Establish strategies to gain buy-in and connect efforts to business outcomes. • Support various Operational Committees to inform, and execute on, priorities agreed by the SteerCo. • Represent Berkadia’s BELONG platform at internal and external events, speaking engagements, etc. in alignment with Communications plan and roadmap.
