 I am responsible for the daily implementation of teaching the youth. I had to supervise the students at all times, be on time & prepared. I had to create quality lesson plans to ensure student engagement, safe learning environments; and provide a structure designed to incorporate the end-of session culminating event. I attended professional development activities and weekly site meetings. As well as collaboration with Site Coordinator and fellow program leaders to establish and maintain high quality programs. I supported student recruitment and promotion of the program. I created and maintained an inviting, safe and orderly environment including ensuring cleanliness of classrooms, auditorium, and other areas where the program is held, and maintained professional and positive relationships with school staff, partners, students and parents.
