Rasaan Gouldbourne is the Chief Business Officer and Co-Founder of AICO MANAGEMENT GROUP, Inc. He currently serves as the Product Leader of EMEA and APAC territories. He is hyper-focused on sustainability and product market fit. Organized the community and non-profit partners to increase access to STEM for inner-city youth, specifically a team of 25 youth ages 6-21 This led to me working with political leaders and grassroots non profit organizations in New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Georgia, & D.C. To create ways to help my community through access to higher ed and entrepreneurship. STEM is an underrepresented field for Black/Bantu people globally, equity in my humble belief means righting historical wrongs through targeted effort, much in the same way a targeted effort was used to harm communities.
