Hello! My name is Damaris, and I am a rising junior majoring in Psychology at Bethune-Cookman University. Hailing from Clermont, Florida, I am passionate about understanding the human mind and helping others navigate their mental health journeys.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I am an active member of the Bethune-Cookman Track and Field team. The discipline and teamwork I have cultivated through sports have been invaluable in my personal and professional growth.

I am also the host of my own podcast, where I explore various topics related to psychology, personal development, and everyday challenges. Through my podcast, I aim to create a supportive community where listeners can gain insights and feel empowered.

One of the most unforgettable moments of my college journey was being crowned Mister Junior for the 2024-2025 academic school year. The experience was not just a testament to my hard work but also a thrilling adventure that brought out the best in me and connected me with my college community in a meaningful way. The path to the title was filled with preparation, dedication, and a bit of nervous excitement. It all began when I decided to participate in the competition, driven by a desire to challenge myself and step out of my comfort zone. The process involved various segments, including interviews, talent showcases, and public speaking, all designed to test our capabilities and charisma.
