Henry Smart, III is a military veteran with over 15 years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps and the National Guard; this work involved the review of the line of duty and death investigations and claims against the government. Throughout his professional career, he has acquired additional knowledge and experience in contract management, nonprofit management, public policy, and social and public administration.
