Mass communications has really showed me how much I love what I do. I love watching sports and talking about sports. Sports bring people together from all across the world. College has and always will be very important to me. I see college as my pathway to success, I have learned so much about my craft and who I am as an individual. I am currently working with WRAL as an unpaid intern. I have gone and filmed Spring games, hockey games and even sat with NFL players and filmed while they were getting drafted. This is what I want to do for the rest of my life. I am currently a CSR at Pizza Hut to help cover my bills where I can. Having to cut back on hours to do my internship has really been challenging but I would do anything for this opportunity.

Here at UNCP I strive to make connections and learn about my industry that can help me in the future. Right now balancing college work and internship has made college and life very hard. I am working as hard as I can to stay on top of what I need to get done. Failure is not an option I will be successful.

Most Memorable Moment:

My most memorable college moment is filming the sports games here at UNCP. I enjoyed being behind the camera and actually applying the art of what we learn as students and getting hands on experience.
