I am Stephanie Hayes, a dedicated nursing student at Tennessee State University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology and Africana Studies. With hands-on experience as a nursing intern at various healthcare facilities, I have honed my clinical skills and cultural competencies. I am actively involved in community service and leadership roles, including serving as an Alumni Ambassador for Choose901 and Secretary for Alpha Alpha Alpha National Honor Society. Certified in CPR, medical terminology, and mental health first aid, I am committed to excellence in patient care and community engagement. My goal is to graduate in December 2026 and become an Intensive Care Unit nurse, eventually opening a holistic care center in urban areas of Memphis, TN.

I am passionate about making a positive impact in the healthcare field and am committed to continuous learning and professional development.
