 I work closely with the Branch Chief and Assistant Branch Chief and provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support services. My responsibility in this position includes Generating documents for federal and state court litigation; processing reports for Board and City Council approval; processing settlement packages using Citylaw; preparing general correspondence; scheduling meetings; organizing case materials and attending to heavy telephone contact and emails with the public I engage with various City departments including L.A.P.D. and other court personnel.
