 To audit and ensure that all clinical files comply with the American Psychological Association (APA), various mental health licensing boards, the records disposition board, and the state archives guidelines for record keeping and management. Also, coordinates and develops effective lines of communication between treatment staff, residential staff, Department of Youth Services, and various juvenile court systems throughout the state for juveniles adjudicated for committing sexual offenses.

 Duties were to provide sexual offender treatment, individual and family counseling, write quarterly progress reviews on clients, write risk assessments on clients once they complete treatment, and testify during clients release hearing in their home counties, audit client files through the electronic medical records software, assist with managing the weekly therapy schedule, ensure therapists update clients monthly progress summaries, ensure therapists complete all necessary paperwork for clients to be signed up for post-treatment testing, aid the clinical manager in ensuring that suicide assessments paperwork is completed, and serve as a back-up to the clinical manager.
