About   (request update)
I have been working for myself since I was 14. I have had a range of businesses, from selling chocolate-covered strawberries to styling hair.

I have three published e-books on Amazon and a website published dedicated to helping high school students with their transition into an HBCU.

Lastly, sporadically, I work at different sports events through Just4Kids Booster Club.

Education   (request update)
Hampton University class of 2028
Undergrad Major: Finance
Most Memorable Moment:
I came into Hampton University with a twenty thousand dollar out-of-pocket fee for my Freshman year with only a couple thousand dollars in my father’s pocket on top of student loans. I joined the Army ROTC program because of its three year scholarship. However, this specific scholarship did not include freshman year. In about three weeks, I managed to find ways to pay that fee and have excess funds. I was pressured to find the money because my father did not have it and without paying my fees, I wasn’t able to register for Spring courses. My financial situation burdened me with excessive stress. I go to church every Sunday and Wednesday night to bring it to God. During this period, I scheduled therapy sessions on campus. I was on top of trying to maximize on all of the resources that I was presented with including multiple trips to the financial aid office, exploring opportunities at the business school, reaching out to the UNCF, TMCF, and the list goes on. I ended up receiving multiple scholarships and funds from my job to help pay my out-of-pocket balance. I eliminated the out of pocket fee, lowered my loans, and came out with a refund. I am committed to my education and success and will do everything that I can to support my educational career.
