 ● Identified potential biomarkers by investigating the correlation between cancer gene expression and Fraction Genome Altered with large datasets like TCGA, DepMap, and METABRIC. Applied advanced statistical methods to uncover significant patterns and correlations. ● Developed and deployed an interactive dashboard, enabling the EIPM team to effectively visualize and interpret tumor and organoid RNA sequencing data. Integrated key features such as PCA, correlation analysis, expression profiling, volcano plots, and pathway enrichment. ● Implemented a bioinformatics pipeline to process transcriptomic data and conduct downstream analyses, evaluating drug sensitivity and gene expression patterns. Generated detailed reports to support research teams. ● Developed an oncoplots to visually represent mutational landscapes, providing a comprehensive view of genetic alterations and their potential impact. ● Designed a machine learning model to predict organoid growth success from REDCap data. Employed various machine learning algorithms to assess model performance and optimize predictive accuracy for selecting high-potential organoid candidates.
