I am a dedicated and award-winning registered nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered care. As a recipient of the Daisy Award for Extraordinary Nursing Students, I have developed strong skills in critical care, rehabilitation, and wellness. I thrive in high-acuity settings, excelling in medication administration, wound care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Proficient in EPIC, Cerner, and Azalea, I am also ACLS and BLS certified. My goal is to positively impact patient outcomes through safe, effective, and compassionate nursing practices.

Life & Professional Aspirations:

My passion for nursing extends beyond patient care—I aspire to create lasting change in Black and Brown communities through women's health, dermatology, healthcare technology, and research. As a dedicated nurse, I have witnessed firsthand the disparities in healthcare access and outcomes, particularly in underserved communities. My goal is to bridge these gaps by providing culturally competent care, advocating for inclusive dermatological and reproductive health solutions, and contributing to groundbreaking research that addresses the unique healthcare challenges faced by Black and Brown individuals. In addition to clinical practice, I am deeply interested in healthcare technology and its potential to revolutionize patient care. I aim to leverage innovative solutions to improve healthcare accessibility, enhance patient education, and drive systemic change. Through research and technological advancements, I hope to contribute to policies and initiatives that lead to more equitable healthcare systems.
