With over six years of experience in customer service, I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to every role. I currently serve as a Teleservices Agent for Wind Creek Casino, assisting guests with reservations, promotions, and entertainment options. I’m also a senior Criminal Justice major at Alabama State University, graduating in December 2025. I’m passionate about criminal justice reform, youth advocacy, and providing second chances for underserved communities.
If you ask around campus, most people know me as the go-to makeup artist. My claim to fame at Alabama State is being the one people call when they want to look and feel their best—whether it's for homecoming, a night out, or graduation photos. I’ve built a solid reputation for my work, and my name travels fast through word of mouth.
Even though I don’t live on campus, I’ve still managed to make a strong impact by providing quality service, being reliable, and creating a great experience for every client. Doing makeup while balancing school and work has shown people my dedication and drive. It’s become a big part of who I am here, and something I’m truly proud of.
Most Memorable Moment:
One of my most memorable college moments has been building my makeup business right on campus. Doing makeup for other college students, whether it’s for homecoming, parties, graduations, or just a confidence boost it has been so fulfilling. It started as something I loved doing in my free time, and it quickly turned into a passion and side hustle that connected me with so many people on and off campus.
There’s something really special about helping someone feel beautiful and confident, especially during moments they’ll remember for the rest of their lives. Some of my favorite memories are the times I’ve had clients laughing, bonding, and hyping each other up while I do their makeup before an event. It’s more than just glam—it’s a vibe, a safe space, and a creative outlet that helped me stay grounded while juggling school, work, and life.
Being a makeup artist at Alabama State has taught me how to manage a business, communicate with all kinds of people, and trust my creative skills. Those memories will always stick with me because they’re a reflection of how I made the most of my college experience by using my talents to uplift others.
