About   (request update)
I am a Biological Engineering student at North Carolina A&T State University passionate about public health, food systems, and community-driven innovation. My experiences include interning at the USDA Agricultural Research Center, contributing to published research, and participating in the Bridge Up HBCU Research Program at the University of Utah. I’ve also volunteered with United Family Mission to support food distribution for the elderly and underserved, and created an automated volunteer onboarding system for a nonprofit. As vice president of the Chess Club and an active member of the engineering club, I blend leadership with service. My long-term goal is to become a physician specializing in gastroenterology, translating research into sustainable, patient-centered solutions.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
My life aspiration is to serve others by improving health outcomes and creating more equitable access to resources, particularly in underserved communities. Professionally, I am pursuing a degree in Biological Engineering at North Carolina A&T with the goal of becoming a physician specializing in gastroenterology. Through research, leadership, and community service, I aim to design sustainable health solutions that bridge the gap between scientific discovery and the real-world needs of patients and families.
