I, Traciona Hampton is an enthusiastic and dedicated Cheer Camp Leader with a passion for empowering young athletes through teamwork, discipline, and spirit. With experience in cheerleading performance, choreography, and leadership, I bring high energy, positivity, and strong communication skills to every camp session. I am committed to creating an encouraging and inclusive environment where campers can grow in confidence, technique, and teamwork.

As a proud member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, I also demonstrates a strong commitment to academic excellence and personal growth. Currently pursuing a career in nursing, which I am passionate about helping others, both on and off the field, and brings compassion, leadership, and a deep sense of purpose to everything I do.

I aspire to live a life rooted in compassion, service, and personal growth. One of my core life goals is to positively impact the lives of others, especially those who are vulnerable or in need. Because I have a special needs older sister, I believe in the importance of empathy, resilience, and continuous learning, both personally and professionally. Professionally, I am committed to becoming a Skilled and compassionate Nurse. I aim to provide high-quality care that supports the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of patients. I hope to specialize in a field where I can make the greatest impact, whether in hospitals, community health, or patient education. Long-term, I envision contributing to healthcare improvements through advocacy, mentorship, and leadership. My ultimate goal is to use my nursing career not only as a means of professional success, but as a way to uplift others, support families, and serve my community with integrity and heart.

Most Memorable Moment:

Of all the expenses I had so far in my academic journey being excepted into Alpha lambda the Delta stands out as one of the most memorable. It wasn't just an email or a letter for me it was a moment of validation. A moment that reminded me why I kept pushing through late nights, tough classes, and times of self doubt. It was Proof that the hard work, sacrifices, and the commitment matter and that I belong in spaces like this. For me this honor represents more than grades, It represents growth. It is a symbol of every goal that I said and met, every challenge that I overcame, and every time I told myself, " You got this", even when I did not feel like it. Being part of the Alpha Lambda the Delta means I am now connected to a community of scholars who value excellence, integrity and service. I do not look at it as just an award. I look at it as an invitation to do more, to be more, and to lift others up as we rise. I celebrate this honor for what it inspires me in my future.
