About   (request update)
I have research experience from conducting research projects at Duke University School of Medicine, Rockefeller University, and currently at North Carolina A&T State University. Very soon, I will be conducting genome research at UC Santa Cruz. I also have numerous hours in clinical shadowing and didactic sessions concerning topics such as cultural competency, social determinants of health, and transformative care.
Current Whereabouts:
I love practicing and playing music in my free time! I also enjoy exploring new places, trying new things, working out, running, (occasionally) drawing, and playing video games.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
In the future, I'd like to become a physician specializing in either emergency medicine, anesthesiology, or neurosurgery. I'd like to also stay an active volunteer with my church and join the Black Men in White Coats.
