My claim to fame is being the student who never gave up—no matter the circumstances. Despite facing serious financial challenges, I stayed committed to my education and made a name for myself by being resourceful, hardworking, and deeply involved in my campus community. Whether it was organizing peer study groups, volunteering at local outreach events, or mentoring other first-generation students, I built a reputation for being reliable and uplifting. Professors and classmates know me as someone who leads with heart, not for recognition, but because I understand what it’s like to struggle and still show up. I may not be famous in the traditional sense, but I’m proud to be known as someone who made a difference on campus through perseverance, service, and an unshakable belief in what education can do.
