I am naturally a people person and enjoy getting to know anyone and everyone that I get to meet. Since moving to Charlotte in late 2017, I have had the opportunity of being deeply engaged in supporting Fortune 40 companies by hiring top talent. I helped create the university program at Chewy (the pet company) before transitioning over to Compass Group USA. I currently work for the 6th largest company in the world, leading the university space where we support 28 different companies within our Family of companies. I love every minute of getting to change people's lives by providing them with life-changing career opportunities. My primary focus has been on the campus and early-career sector of talent acquisition since 2017.
