I am a transformational operations and customer experience executive who builds strong people, strong processes, and strong outcomes. Known for walking into complex, underperforming environments and rapidly elevating results, I blend empathetic leadership with disciplined, data-driven execution to transform call center and patient experience operations from the inside out.

For more than two decades, I have redesigned KPIs, rebuilt teams, implemented AI-supported systems, and delivered measurable performance improvements across healthcare, telecom, and start-up organizations. My leadership philosophy is simple: empower people, engineer precision, and consistently deliver results that strengthen both customer experience and the bottom line. I don’t just manage operations. I transform them.
Current Whereabouts:
I am the CEO of HBCU L.I.F.T. HBCU L.I.F.T. is a company we’ve designed to identify and fix operational and communication gaps that are overlooked but critical to performance and student success. Additionally, our goal is to elevate HBCUs by connecting them to funding, technology, and strategic partnerships.

I walked into Hampton so shy I tried to drop speech class. Standing in front of people terrified me. Somewhere along the way, that changed. I found my voice. I found my confidence. I transformed. By senior year, I was emceeing major events—and voted most congenial and "Mr. Pan-Hellenic". That transformation didn’t stop at graduation. It followed me into a 40-year career… all the way to Senior Vice President. Hampton didn’t just prepare me. It made me fearless.
