About   (request update)
Current Whereabouts:
Right now, I’m really immersed in my biotechnology studies, especially lab work like cell culture and chromatography techniques. I love getting hands-on experience because it connects what I learn in class to real-world science that can make a difference. Outside of academics, I’m passionate about volunteering with organizations like Key Club and my youth ministry, where I get to serve my community and build meaningful relationships. I’m also excited to be a Liaison Ambassador at Howard, helping new students feel welcome and supported as they start their own journeys.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
My biggest aspiration is to become a leader in biotechnology and healthcare who drives real change in underserved communities. I want to use my skills and knowledge to help reduce health disparities, especially through innovative research and accessible medical solutions. Beyond the lab, I’m committed to lifting others up, whether through mentorship, community service, or advocacy, so that more people from backgrounds like mine have the opportunity to succeed in STEM. Ultimately, I hope to combine science and leadership to create a future where health equity is a reality for everyone.

Howard University class of 2029
Undergrad Major: Biology
Claim To Fame:
My claim to fame in college is earning my associate’s degree in biotechnology before even starting my freshman year. While most students were preparing for high school graduation, I was in the lab mastering techniques like cell culture and HPLC, driven by a real passion for science and service. But beyond the academics, I’m known for bringing joy and leadership wherever I go, whether I’m volunteering, mentoring others, or uplifting my peers as a Liaison Ambassador. I strive to be the one who breaks barriers and brings people together.
Most Memorable Moment:
One of my most memorable college moments was stepping into the lab for the first time as a biotechnology student and realizing I was exactly where I was meant to be. From preparing media to analyzing samples through HPLC, it felt surreal to be doing hands-on science while still in high school. Another unforgettable moment was being selected as a Liaison Ambassador at Howard; it gave me the chance to represent my school, connect with incoming students, and truly feel part of a larger legacy. Those experiences reminded me that I’m not just building a future, I’m already living it.
