Claim To Fame:
My claim to fame in college is my leadership and dedication to community service, especially through my involvement in the Biology Club and the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). I’ve helped organize outreach programs that engage younger students in STEM, fostering interest and confidence in science among underrepresented youth. This work not only reflects my passion for giving back but also my commitment to creating opportunities for others to succeed, which I believe will define my college experience and future career.
Most Memorable Moment:
One of my most memorable college moments was participating in the homecoming event at Grambling State University. The vibrant culture, the sense of unity, and the celebration of our shared history made me feel deeply connected to the campus community. Another unforgettable experience was volunteering with the Biology Club to engage with children at a local elementary school, where I saw firsthand how impactful outreach and mentorship can be. These moments have shaped my college journey by reinforcing the importance of community, tradition, and service.
