I started my journey in the bakery industry as an intern at the Rockefeller location, where I quickly adapted to a fast-paced environment and learned the foundations of customer service, product presentation, and food safety. As I transitioned into a part-time role, I had the opportunity to work across multiple locations—including Grand Central and Central Park—developing flexibility, teamwork, and communication skills. Working closely with managers like Steven and Modou, I gained hands-on experience in marketing products creatively, understanding consumer behavior, and building strong customer relationships. This experience sharpened my business mindset and deepened my passion for branding and marketing skills I plan to carry forward as I grow in the field.
