Joshua Crosson is an organizational leader and government affairs expert who bridges business strategy with public policy advocacy. He currently serves as Executive Director of EdAllies, where he champions equitable education policies for underserved Minnesota students. Josh began his career in Washington, D.C., advancing civil rights at the Human Rights Campaign and later advising Congressman Adam Smith on labor, healthcare, tax, and budget issues. A passionate systems thinker, Josh combines policy expertise with a business lens, holding an MBA from Howard University and a BA in political science from Santa Clara University.
