My professional experience with interviews for jobs and scholarships has taught me a lot about preparation, confidence, and growth. Over the past few years, I’ve gone through several interview processes some that went really well and some that were learning experiences. In job interviews, I’ve learned how to speak clearly about my strengths, stay calm under pressure, and show how my personality and values align with the company or position. I’ve also learned to research the role beforehand, ask thoughtful questions, and give examples of times I’ve shown leadership, responsibility, or teamwork.
