This quality helped me build meaningful connections quickly, especially when I joined the Big Sisters/Little Sisters (BSLS) mentoring program. Being part of BSLS has allowed me to foster strong sisterhood bonds, support others through mentorship, and grow as a leader — all while staying true to my genuine and welcoming personality.
