As a young entrepreneur and student, I have learned the value of dedication, discipline, and self-motivation through both my job and the small business I run. I currently work at McDonald’s, where I’ve developed strong customer service, time management, and leadership skills. Despite the fast-paced environment, I consistently go above and beyond—whether it’s stepping up when short-staffed, training new team members, or staying late when needed. My general manager often calls on me because she knows I’m reliable and driven.

Outside of my job, I own and operate a small business that I started on my own. Managing my own brand has taught me the basics of marketing, budgeting, inventory, and customer outreach. Balancing work, school, and my business hasn’t always been easy.
