Claim To Fame:
My Claim to Fame in College My claim to fame in college is being a voice for students who often go unheard. As a first-generation college student who once faced housing insecurity, I’ve made it my mission to lead with purpose and represent those overcoming adversity. At Grambling State University, I’ve had the honor of serving as the National President of the Jobs for America’s Graduates Career Association (JAGCA), advocating for nearly 80,000 students nationwide. Through this role, I’ve traveled the country, spoken on national stages, and helped shape a leadership agenda focused on service, alumni engagement, and youth empowerment. Whether I’m moderating a campus panel, supporting my Call Me MiSTER brothers, or running for Student Government, I strive to leave a legacy that proves no obstacle is too big when purpose leads the way.
Most Memorable Moment:
One of my most memorable college moments was being elected National President of the JAG Career Association and representing thousands of students across the country. Another unforgettable moment was moderating the “Man 2 Man Talk” during Grambling’s Men’s Empowerment Week, where I shared the stage with President Martin Lemelle. Both experiences reminded me of the power of using my voice to uplift others and the impact of being rooted in purpose.
