I plan to attend a 4-year university to gain a better understanding of what is needed to become an architect. During high school, I prepared for my plan by taking advanced math and science classes including AP Physics and AP calculus (AB). Becoming an architect requires both math and science to better understand the structure of the building and the amount of force needed due to weight of the materials, meaning that this field will encompass both skill sets. I have also taken an architect and interior design course. These classes give me the base level of learning at a rapid speed which will be an asset for my career.
