Gabrielle Crapps is a rising junior at Howard University majoring in Finance with a passion for driving economic empowerment in underserved communities. A proud South Side Chicago native, Gabrielle is known for turning ambition into action. She currently works as a Summer Analyst at Brown Advisory and has previously held roles at Oaktree Capital Management and Cleveland Avenue, where she contributed to strategic projects spanning operational efficiency and venture capital. On campus, she serves as Treasurer of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Alpha Chapter, and is a fellow with both the CLE Ferguson Program and AltFinance. Gabrielle’s journey is rooted in purpose—using finance as a tool to close the racial wealth gap and uplift the communities that raised her.
