Starting my first job at Cato’s has been an exciting and rewarding experience. As a sales associate, I’ve learned valuable skills in customer service, teamwork, and retail operations. Working at Cato’s has helped me grow more confident in communicating with people, managing responsibilities, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. It’s been a great introduction to the working world, and I’m proud to be gaining experience that will support my personal and professional growth.
