Claim To Fame:

My claim to fame in college will be my ability to lead and uplift others while staying locked in on my goals. As a kinesiology and sports management major, I want to be remembered not only for what I accomplished, but for the way I created opportunities and built community around me. Whether I’m organizing events for the athletic department, mentoring student-athletes, or helping my peers stay active and motivated, I plan to leave a legacy of impact. Becoming a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will be a major part of that journey. Through Delta, I’ll have the chance to serve the community, promote academic excellence, and lead with purpose, all while connecting with a powerful sisterhood rooted in scholarship and service. My claim to fame will be how I balanced leadership, service, and ambition—and how I helped others rise with me along the way.

Most Memorable Moment:

Some of my most memorable college moments will come from being behind the scenes—literally. Serving as an equipment manager for the Grambling State football team has given me an inside look at the hustle, discipline, and teamwork it takes to keep a program running. Whether it was setting up for game day, traveling with the team, or just being part of the grind, those moments taught me responsibility, time management, and the true meaning of “no days off.” I’ll also never forget the moment I became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.—crossing with my line sisters, feeling the legacy, and stepping into a powerful sisterhood that’s built on scholarship, service, and strength. From supporting athletes through my sports management journey to serving the community with Delta, to bonding with friends through the highs and lows—these are the moments that will shape who I become. College is more than a degree; it’s the memories, the growth, and the people who helped me find my purpose.
