About   (request update)
Biology student at Tuskegee University with aspirations of becoming a Pediatric Cardiologist and healing tiny hearts. As a Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough Birmingham and former Team Lead at Culver’s, I bring strong leadership, adaptability, and service-driven passion. I’m actively involved in WIPM, HSSA, MAPS, and the Ocean Exploration Club. My hands-on research in marine biology and dedication to community health reflect my commitment to science, medicine, and making a difference in the lives of children and families.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
My ultimate goal is to become a Pediatric Cardiologist, dedicating my career to healing and improving the lives of children with heart conditions. I aspire to combine clinical excellence with compassionate care, while also advocating for health equity in underserved communities. Personally, I want to continue growing as a leader, mentor, and lifelong learner who uplifts others and makes a meaningful impact both inside and outside the medical field.

Claim To Fame:
My claim to fame in college has definitely been being “everybody’s favorite hype woman.” Whether it’s at a campus cookout, a club event, or just supporting my friends through exams and life, I’m always the one cheering people on and bringing the energy. I’m known for hyping up the dance floor, knowing when Fried Fish Friday hits in the cafe, and being that go-to person when someone needs a boost of motivation or a reminder of who they are. I’ve made it my mission to make everyone around me feel seen, celebrated, and supported. People may forget what you say, but they’ll never forget how you made them feel and I take pride in being a light for others on campus.
Most Memorable Moment:
Some of my most memorable college moments have been the ones that perfectly blended culture, purpose, and joy. I’ll never forget learning how to shimmy like a Nupe at a step show. It was one of those moments that made me feel connected, confident, and fully part of the HBCU experience. Another unforgettable memory was being selected to conduct research on sea grass in Biloxi, Mississippi. It was my first time doing hands-on fieldwork in marine science, and it showed me how passionate I am about combining research with real-world impact. Attending a medical retreat also had a huge impact on me. Being surrounded by students and professionals who looked like me and were just as passionate about healthcare made my goals feel more reachable than ever. It was inspiring and reminded me why I want to go into medicine in the first place. And of course, homecoming. There is nothing like it. The energy, the music, the fashion, the unity. It is more than an event. It is a celebration of legacy, love, and Black excellence. These moments have shaped not just my college journey, but the person I am becoming.
