I am Ashley Mays, a driven, compassionate student, athlete, and animal lover. I am a recent graduate of John Burroughs School and an incoming freshman at Spelman College. I will major in Health Science and aspire to own a practice one day. In high school, I balanced rigorous academics with sports, playing varsity basketball all four years and winning two state championships. I also played golf all four years of high school and was the varsity golf co-captain during my senior year.
Beyond sports and academics, I am involved in animal rescue efforts and have completed over 100 hours of volunteer work at animal shelters. I also have experience working with children through summer camps and babysitting, which has helped me develop strong communication and leadership skills.
