I am currently pursuing my commercial pilot license at Texas Southern University. As a Hispanic woman in a field historically dominated by white males, I’m passionate about breaking barriers and increasing representation in aviation. Despite financial struggles, I’ve remained committed to my training and career goals. My journey is fueled by determination, resilience, and a deep love for flying. I hope to inspire and uplift others, especially young women and minorities, to pursue their dreams in aviation and believe that anything is possible.

Claim To Fame:
My “claim to fame” in college is my dedication to becoming a pilot, despite the financial challenges. I’ve stayed committed to my flight training at TSU while balancing school and work. It’s not about being the best, it’s about staying focused on my goals and helping others along the way. I hope my journey inspires others to chase their dreams, no matter how difficult the path may seem. One day, I plan to give back by making aviation more accessible.
Most Memorable Moment:
One of my most memorable college moments was my very first time flying. Sitting in the cockpit, taking off, and seeing the world from above for the first time was an experience I’ll never forget. That moment confirmed that becoming a pilot was exactly what I was meant to do. Since then, I’ve been fully committed to my aviation journey, even though it’s come with financial struggles. The challenges haven’t stopped me, they’ve only made me more determined to succeed.
