I am a business professor with a passion for teaching and a purpose rooted in impact. For the past nine years, I’ve had the privilege of preparing students and professionals to face the real challenges of the business world with confidence, clarity, and character. My teaching goes beyond textbooks. I focus on the human skills that truly define great leaders—communication, collaboration, critical thinking, resilience, and emotional intelligence. Alongside these, I guide students through essential business principles like management, strategy, entrepreneurship, ethics, accounting, and finance. What fuels my work is the belief that education shapes the future. That belief led me to pursue a doctoral degree in Leadership, knowing that equipping the next generation of leaders is one of the most important responsibilities we have in higher education. I’m inspired by the potential I see in my students every day. I welcome opportunities to collaborate with organizations, businesses, and fellow educators who share a commitment to developing leaders who lead with purpose and integrity. This is more than a career for me, it’s a calling.
