With experience in customer service, team coordination, and guest relations, I’ve developed strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills through roles at Walt Disney World, McDonald’s, and Historically Black Since. From training new team members to managing guest experiences, I’ve learned the importance of people-centered work environments. These experiences have inspired my passion for Human Resources, where I aim to continue fostering inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented spaces for employees and teams.
